I have a question regarding the bread. From my understanding that it can stay in room temperature for sometime, but I usually put in the refrigerator once I open the bag but recently I notice when I take it out at night so I can prepare my son breakfast and school lunch in the Morning it started to get bad fast. It didn’t do that before but recently I had to dispose several bags.
What should I do?

Hello Omeina! The bread is able to stay in room temperature while it is still in the unopened packaging. Once the bread is opened, we do suggest that you either wrap it up in plastic wrap, or place it in an air tight container, in the fridge. If the bread is left out and not stored correctly, the bread can go bad.

Are you taking the whole loaf out at night and leaving it out until morning? If so we would suggest not doing this because this could cause the bread to go bad. You should be able to make your sons sandwich in the morning and the bread should be good until lunch time.

If you would like to send me your mailing address through our email,, we can send you a coupon that you can use towards a new loaf of bread.
