Chocolate Ice Cream Cake



2 packages Ladyfingers
3 cups vanilla ice cream
7 oz chocolate fudge
3 cups chocolate ice cream


  • Coat a spring form pan with cooking spray or butter
  • Lay ladyfingers on bottom and edge of the pan
  • Spoon vanilla ice cream into bottom of pan
  • Lay down ladyfingers to cover vanilla ice cream
  • Freeze for 15 minutes
  • Spoon Chocolate ice cream and cover with ladyfingers
  • Freeze overnight or until firm
