Fresh Basil Pesto
We love a quick and fresh pesto, especially when we have so much basil to use up from our garden in the summer months. What we love about this one is you really can customize it to your tastes!
|1-2||garlic cloves, minced|
|1/4 cup||extra virgin olive oil|
|(to taste)||salt and pepper|
- Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and well mixed.
- Taste and season with more salt and pepper if desired.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until needed.
