Power Toasts

Power up with our super nutritious Power Toasts using our Artisan Baker 10 Grains & Seeds breads, which are packed with healthiness. No matter how you top it, you will love this bread.

Ingredients

6 slices Artisan Baker 10 Grains & Seeds
For the Hummus and Tomato Toast:
2 tbsp hummus
3 slices (thin) tomato
1 pinch/es of radish sprouts
1 pinch/es of red chili flakes, crushed
For the Avocado and Radish Toast:
1 small (smashed) ripe avocado
2 small (sliced) radishes
1 pinch/es of salt
1 pinch/es of red chili flakes, crushed
a little bit of olive oil
For the Kiwi and Walnut Toast:
2 small (sliced) kiwi
2 tbsp greek yogurt
1 handful (small) walnuts, coarsely chopped
For the Banana and Cherry Toast:
1 tbsp almond butter
7 slices banana
1 handful (small) dried cherries, roughly chopped
1 pinch/es of sunflower seeds
a little bit of honey
For the Cucumber and Smoked Salmon Toast:
1 1/2 tbsp cream cheese
6 slices cucumber
2 slices smoked salmon
For the Mango and Almond Toast:
1 tbsp greek yogurt
4 slices (fresh) mango
1 pinch/es of flaked almonds
handful (small) coconut flakes

Preparation

  • Toast all 6 slices of toast.
     
  • Preparation of the Hummus and Tomato Toast:
    Spread the hummus on 1 slice of toast. Layer the slices of tomato followed by the pinch of sprouts. Sprinkle the pinch of chili flakes all over top.
     
  • Preparation of the Avocado and Radish Toast
    Next slice of toast  top with the smashed avocado followed by layering the radish slices. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and red chili flakes over top. Drizzle a bit of olive oil on top.
     
  • Preparation of the Kiwi and Walnut Toast:
    Next slice of toast layer the kiwi slices then dollop on the Greek yogurt. Finish with sprinkling the walnut pieces over top.
     
  • Preparation of the Banana and Cherry Toast:
    Spread the almond butter all over 1 slice of toast. Layer on the sliced banana followed by the handful of dried cherries. Scatter the sunflower seeds on top and a drizzle of honey.
     
  • Preparation of the Cucumber and Smoked Salmon Toast:
    Spread the cream cheese on 1 slice of toast. Layer on the cucumber slices followed by the slices of salmon. Top with the sprouts and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
     
  • Preparation of the Mango and Almond Toast:
    Spread the Greek yogurt on toast, layer the mango slices on top, followed by the almond slivers and coconut chips.
