Bring 2 quarts of water to boil in large pot. When the water comes to a full boil, add the pasta. Cook for 10 minutes or until al dente. When pasta is done, drain and rinse.
Place pasta in a large serving bowl. Put olive oil in large skillet. Clean shrimp, place in skillet. Clean and chop vegetables, except basil. Add them to the skillet with shrimp.
Sauté vegetables and shrimp until shrimp is done (turns pink). When the vegetable and shrimp mixture is done, add the spaghetti into the skillet. Toss lightly just to warm and mix with vegetables and shrimp.
Remove to serving dish. Garnish with basil and parmesan cheese.
